I’m currently working on large-scale corporate training across the UK and Ireland.

My work focuses on the design of digital and blended learning that supports practical decision-making, combining clear structure, scenario-led approaches and thoughtful use of technology.

With a background as a qualified teacher and experience in higher education, I bring a strong understanding of how people learn and how confidence develops over time. This experience now informs my approach to workplace learning and curriculum design.
